Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing.
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after processing.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) unless otherwise specified.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the customer email address on file for the order. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it.
Shipping Delays
TKN Collections is not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. TKN Collections is not responsible for errors in shipping addresses provided by the customer. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
TKN Collections is not responsible for damages to packages that occur during transit. All packages are handled with care and inspected before shipment. If your package arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number to file a claim. TKN Collections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation shows delivered.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
